Adventure awaits in Leonidio!

Leonidio

Discover Leonidio at any time of the year as an ideal starting point to discover the beauties of Arcadia, which is characterized by imposing mountain landscapes, lush green forests and a coastal region with crystal clear water.

Leonidio is characterized as a traditional historical settlement and features a number of monuments, villas and towers built before 1800, as well as buildings of neoclassical architecture of the 19th century.

The village is located at the foot of Mount Parnon in a beautiful valley designated as a nature reserve and is surrounded by the blue coastline of the Myrtoan Sea. This historic village enchants the visitor with its beautiful architecture, narrow paths, gravel paths and whitewashed terraces with all kinds of flowers that give each season a special aroma.

In the picturesque alleyways of Leonidio, you can get an impression of the traditional manor houses and the architecture typical of this region. In the village center there are many small stores as well as cafes and taverns to stop off at, all within walking distance of our lovely renovated stone houses. After walking through the traditional villages of Leonidios, head to Plaka, the picturesque harbor of the area. Here, visitors can sample local dishes or sip an aromatic coffee in the tavernas and cafés along the coast.

Leonidio is an ideal place for couples looking for alternative tourism, families who just want to relax and nature lovers. It offers a magnificent landscape that leaves nothing to be desired, whether climbing, hiking or swimming.
